Terms and conditions of use

Returns are accepted in the following cases:

• Manufacturing defect: If the product has a manufacturing defect, you can request a return or replacement within the specified period.
• Product in perfect condition (customer withdrawal): Returns of non-defective products are accepted as long as they are unused, in their original packaging, and include all accessories.

❗ Important: Returns will not be accepted for products damaged due to improper use, incorrect handling, or normal wear and tear.

Return Shipping Costs:

• If the return is due to a manufacturing defect, the return shipping costs will be covered by us.
• If the return is due to a change of mind by the customer:
  • The customer may cover the return shipping costs themselves.
  • If we handle the return shipment, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount.

Exchanges:
Exchanges are allowed under certain conditions. For more information, please contact us before making a request.

Product Conditions and Return Period:

• Only new and unused products will be accepted.
• The maximum period to request a return is 15 days from the date of product receipt.

Method and Fees:

• Return method: By mail.
• Return label: Included in the package, at no extra cost for returns due to a manufacturing defect.
• Restocking fees: No additional cost.
• Refund processing time: Approximately 7 days after receiving the returned product.
